More than anything else that we have to offer you as a client or potential client of Lightyear Construction, our team of home builders is our strongest asset in giving you the best possible outcome in any home improvement project that you may be considering. If our team isn't up to the task, than we aren't going to be your best option. We believe that in our decades and decades of experience we will be able to offer you the proper amount of experience in home construction to answer all of your questions.

Terry is a second generation contractor and began working in construction when he was 12 years old along side of his Dad and his uncles. Terry was awarded a full construction scholarship to a local college but decided he could get better training just getting hands on experience and out working in the field so that is the path he chose. Terry was 20 years old when he got his own contractor’s license and has been going strong ever since.

Cassie has been working with Lightyear Construction in full capacity for nearly a year, but has been a supporting figure in the business for a much lengthier time period than that. Cassie is familiar with many different aspects of a new home, addition, remodel, or basement finish than she would ever like to probably admit, and is also helpful and familiar with other elements that will allow Lightyear Construction to succeed as a company coming into the next century of home builders, and also of home owners that are clarifying what they want in a new home. Cassie truly managesmore than she gives herself credit for in any thing else that we do.
c.d.o. - or - Chief design officer
Matt Milar currently works as the company's "Chief Design Officer" and really works diligently to help establish good feelings and the feeling of that we haven't seen much on for the course of about a year. Matt's primary focus is to help buyers through the design portion of the build, and through any questions that the lender or the title company may have up front. We look at that as a portion of the cost of using an accountant to work through these issues. After you sign the contract, you will probably see much less of Matt and hopefully by that time you would have receieved cotact with them. Thansk!
