We offer numerous plan types in our production homes line of floor plans. Our most popular plan types are our Rambler home plans, 2-story home plans, Rambler plans w/bonus rooms, Basement plans, Detached Garage plans, and many more.

Our Production Home Line gives everyone something to be excited about. There is probably a good chance that we have something in our production line that you will be able to relate to, as these home plans have been tried and proven. These home plans will typically meet many family's wants and needs in a home. These home plans have our most aggressive prices, so if something fits here, it may be well advised to go with it rather than trying to go with a custom or design-build home. We would be happy to meet with you to determine if any of these plans will work for you!

When looking at the plans, it's important to determine what's most important to you in your new home. It may be the size of the Master Bedroom, the size of the Master Closet, the layout of the Kitchen, the locations of the windows, or possibly something else.
